Ingredients

Cardoon, water, acidifiant; citric acid (E330), antioxidant: ascorbic acid (E300)
Serving instructions
 
Frying pan: Drain and dry. Sauté with butter during 5 min and season as desired before serving.
 
Oven: Drain. Place into an oven dish with some butter or cream and heat at 200°C during 15 min. Season as desired.
